1. Fill in the registration package.

Fill through the Registration Package, attach the transcripts along with the registration fee and forward to the Registrar's office, Al Maarefah International school, Jizan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The registration package is readily downloadable along with the school handbook in the website and is also obtainable at the registrar's office.

Registration Package:

The registration package is a bundled composite of:

• Application Form (Individual forms for Saudi & Non Saudi applicant)
• Emergency Consent Form
• Health Form
• Web/ Media authorization Form
• Acknowledgement Form

It is the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to go through all the policies mentioned in the school handbook and sign the acknowledgement form attached in the backend of the handbook agreeing to the terms and conditions of the school policy.

2. Acknowledgment of registration.

The registrar only on receiving the completely filled application form with all the transcripts and the registration fee will issue an acknowledgement to the candidate. The application will be treated as incomplete and will not be acknowledged till the application satisfies the prescribed standards.  Intimation will be given if additional information is required.

3. Entrance Assessment.

The schedule of the entrance assessment will be announced to the  registered candidates. The candidates must demonstrate their ability to be successful in the entrance assessment. 

4. Screening of candidates.

The admission policy allows the admission team to screen the candidates on the following criteria:

• Score in the entrance assessment.
• Sibling of children attending Al Mareefah International School.
• Chronological order by the date of registration.

5. Admission decision.

Once the assessment process is complete the admission team will short list the eligible candidates to appropriate class in accordance  to the assessment. The shortlisted candidates are selected in a queue, based on the available number of seats and the rest of the candidates are listed in the waiting list. The decision of the admission team is the final.

6. Final Admission.

Up on the payment of the tuition fee the selected candidates are successfully enrolled and are permitted to the allotted classes.
